Paleo or Keto? Try These Recipes & Decide

It is a question I often get asked, 'Should I go Paleo or Low Carb Keto?'
The easy answer is there is no one size fits all approach, meaning the best advice is to give each lifestyle a go and see which resonates with you, your activity level and goals.
A few things which are important to note. My version of Low Carb Keto is dairy free and gluten free. Some versions of Keto can include dairy and gluten so I think its important you guys know that regardless of which program meals you follow, I will always be looking to reduce inflammation. And even though Paleo is more flexible with the carb quantitates, my Paleo Meal Plans in the Luke Hines 10 Program are on the lower side, helping you manage cravings, blood sugar and mood.
